goNet 24h - auto­ma­ted locker system

Whilst con­ven­tio­nal safe-depo­sit box sys­tems are often desi­gned sole­ly for docu­ments or light jewel­lery, our sys­tem offers a load capa­ci­ty of up to 25 kg per box – a fea­ture uni­que on the mar­ket. In doing so, we are set­ting new stan­dards in terms of sta­bi­li­ty and flexibility.

Ope­ra­ting the sys­tem via the web inter­face with goNet locker is very straight­for­ward and lar­ge­ly self-expl­ana­to­ry. Lockers can be ren­ted out and moni­to­red from the cus­to­mer desk.

All sys­tem acti­vi­ties can be moni­to­red in real time from the cus­to­mer desk and are recor­ded in detail.

The goNet soft­ware solu­ti­on also inte­gra­tes seam­less­ly into your IT land­scape via optio­nal extensions:

• Inte­gra­ti­on with ERP: Fin­no­va, Avaloq
• Inte­gra­ti­on with cen­tral sys­tems such as Acti­ve Direc­to­ry or LDAP - authentication

The spe­ci­al­ly deve­lo­ped elec­tro­nics, com­bi­ned with the inte­gra­ted robo­tic sys­tem, enable the sys­tem to be used in instal­la­ti­ons of any size and con­fi­gu­ra­ti­on. Thanks to our partner’s sta­te-of-the-art auto­ma­ti­on solu­ti­on, both sin­gle-row and dou­ble-row con­fi­gu­ra­ti­ons can be imple­men­ted effi­ci­ent­ly. Your cus­to­mers bene­fit from mini­mal wai­ting times and a smooth, seam­less process.

Sys­tems can be ope­ra­ted as simp­le, auto­no­mous 24-hour instal­la­ti­ons using the goNet lockers appli­ance. This gua­ran­tees simp­le and effi­ci­ent com­mis­sio­ning and main­ten­an­ce of the system.

For insti­tu­tio­nal solu­ti­ons, goNet 24h - auto­ma­ted locker sys­tem can be instal­led cen­tral­ly for all bran­ches with inte­gra­ti­on into the institution’s IT sys­tems, such as LDAP authen­ti­ca­ti­on, a cen­tral SQL Ser­ver and core ban­king ERP sys­tems like Fin­no­va and Ava­loq. Users in the bran­ches have access to the goNet user inter­face via HTTPS.

Every action in the goNet lockers sys­tem is log­ged in the data­ba­se and Cur­rent events appear in the web inter­face as a live ticker on the dashboard.

If requi­red, the cus­to­mer advi­sor can gene­ra­te a report from the log, for exam­p­le to show all tran­sac­tions for a spe­ci­fic account over the last two years. The report can be saved as a PDF docu­ment and shared.

Cus­to­mers authen­ti­ca­te them­sel­ves inde­pendent­ly at the goNet Ter­mi­nal on the dis­pen­sing unit using a smart­card and their per­so­nal PIN code. Once authen­ti­ca­ti­on is suc­cessful, the inte­gra­ted robo­tic sys­tem dis­pen­ses the reques­ted safe depo­sit box with mini­mal wai­ting time, whe­ther for indi­vi­du­al access or coll­ec­ti­ve access for two people.

Throug­hout the enti­re pro­cess, access to the dis­pen­sing unit area remains rest­ric­ted to ensu­re maxi­mum secu­ri­ty and cus­to­mer pri­va­cy at all times.

Our goNet 24h - auto­ma­ted locker sys­tem sets new stan­dards in asset pro­tec­tion. The com­bi­na­ti­on of sta­te-of-the-art authen­ti­ca­ti­on methods – such as Secu­re Smart Cards, per­so­nal PINs or one-time pass­words (OTP) – ensu­res that only aut­ho­ri­zed cus­to­mers have access.

The dis­pen­sing unit is sub­ject to con­stant real-time moni­to­ring, which imme­dia­te­ly detects any form of tam­pe­ring. For extre­me emer­gen­ci­es, the sys­tem fea­tures an emer­gen­cy pro­tec­tion sys­tem: even in the event of a com­ple­te power fail­ure or tar­ge­ted attacks, the lockers are imme­dia­te­ly retrac­ted into the armou­red secu­ri­ty housing. Your valu­ables are thus phy­si­cal­ly sepa­ra­ted from the access point and kept abso­lut­e­ly safe.
