Chan­ge of name to Janusys!

g&o cash sys­tems GmbH beco­mes Janu­sys AG

 

After 15 years of "gocash", a new era beg­ins: At the begin­ning of May 2021 the com­pa­ny was trans­for­med into a public limi­t­ed com­pa­ny (AG) and ren­a­med to Janu­sys AG. At the same time, the bbv Group from Lucer­ne takes a sta­ke in Janusys.

The name Janu­sys is com­po­sed of Janus, the Roman god of locks and doors, and the word sys­tem. Janu­sys deve­lo­ps sys­tems for the manage­ment of safe depo­sit boxes and access sys­tems for banks.

g&o has been working with bbv sin­ce 1999. Tog­e­ther, we have been working on the deve­lo­p­ment of the new goNet™ solu­ti­on for con­trol­ling safe depo­sit boxes sin­ce 2020. The solu­ti­on inte­gra­tes per­fect­ly into ban­king IT land­scapes – our con­tri­bu­ti­on to "Digi­tal Banking".

The expan­ded part­ner­ship is a logi­cal step: the respec­ti­ve com­pe­ten­ci­es of g&o and bbv are bund­led in Janu­sys AG for the goNet™ solu­ti­ons. We can thus bet­ter meet the gro­wing demand. With the joint com­pa­ny, we are also respon­ding to the increased requi­re­ments for the inte­gra­ti­on of soft­ware into the over­all IT land­scape as well as to new mar­kets and pro­duc­tion mani­fes­ta­ti­ons of goNet™.

All our con­tracts and obli­ga­ti­ons will be taken over by Janu­sys AG. Fur­ther­mo­re, the same team will be at your dis­po­sal with full vigor. The loca­ti­on and tele­pho­ne num­ber also remain the same.
